Linear cutter, specifically designed to cut blocks of nougat tablets.

Slicing system.

Highly efficient ultrasonic equipment. Weight electronically adjusted to the nearest 0,1 milimetres.

Soft nougat such as Jijona, cream, egg yolk, praine, etc.

Standard production of 50 cuts per minute. Other programmes are optional.

Made entirely of stainless steel.
